Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the volleytoken firmware mining platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

These terms are effective from January 1, 2026. volleytoken reserves the right to update them at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Permitted Use

You may use volleytoken solely for lawful firmware extraction, analysis, and mining activities. You must not upload firmware images you do not own or have explicit authorization to analyze.

Liability

volleytoken provides analysis results on an as-is basis. The platform does not guarantee the completeness of any vulnerability report and accepts no liability for decisions made based on scan outputs.

In no event shall volleytoken or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use, including data loss or missed rewards.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, algorithms, detection signatures, and UI elements are the exclusive property of volleytoken. Reverse engineering or redistribution of platform components is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Total liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid to volleytoken in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions. In those cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Third-Party Services

volleytoken may integrate with third-party APIs and hardware profiling services. These are governed by their own terms. volleytoken is not responsible for third-party service availability or accuracy.

Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Report any suspected unauthorized access to the volleytoken security team within 24 hours of discovery.

Your Rights

You retain ownership of all firmware images you upload. volleytoken processes them solely to deliver analysis results and calculate rewards. No firmware data is shared with third parties without your consent.

Changes to Terms

volleytoken will notify registered users of material term changes via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The current version is always available on the platform's legal page.
